The Science behind Evergreen Ashes

The technical Stuff

It is illegal to scatter ashes on land without the landowner’s permission, and penalties may apply.

Untreated cremated human remains are harmful to plant life, comparable in effect to household bleach. For this reason, local councils and professional tree managers will not approve the spreading of ashes in public parks without safeguards.

Our unique laboratory removes the toxicities from cremation ashes. We provide a laboratory quality‑control release certificate and liaise with the council on your behalf to secure a license or permit to scatter ashes in council‑designated locations.
